Mr. Grimstead was admitted to the Virginia State Bar on April 21, 2000; he is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Mr. Grimstead received a BA in History from Virginia Tech in 1994; a BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech in 1994; and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1999.  During law school, Mr. Grimstead received a certificate of achievement in General Practice, and a certificate of merit in Constitutional Law.
